3 Easy Ways to Purchase a Ticket

  1. Click “Download 2020 Lottery Ticket Application” below.
  2. If your computer/program allows, fill in the application online, save the document and attach it in an email to julie.hause@ccfowr.org.  OR
  3. Print the downloaded application.  Complete the application and mail to: The Catholic Charities Lottery, P.O. Box 95, Kitchener, ON, N2G 3W9
  4. Contact the Office (519-747-5661) to purchase a ticket.

Prize Structure

40 chances to win $40,000* 

8 EARLY BIRD DRAWS

March 17, 2020 – 8 draws for $500.00 each

30 WEEKLY DRAWS

May 1, 2020 to July 3, 2020 – 3 draws for $1,000.00 each

2 FINAL DRAWS

Wednesday July 10, 2020 – 2 draws for $3,000.00

 

* 40 chances to win with each ticket bought, if purchased by February 28, 2020.

Tickets on sale as of December 1, 2019.   The final day to purchase lottery tickets is April 17, 2020.

Tickets: $100 each / Maximum 1000 tickets to be sold.

Draws are made at The Catholic Community Foundation of Waterloo Region office at 12:00 noon on the dates listed.

Results are available at www.ccfowr.org & 270 Edwin Street, Kitchener, Ontario.

Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted by phone and names will be posted at the Foundation office and here on the website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What happens to my ticket if I win?
A. It is re-entered for all subsequent draws.

Q. Can I get a charitable receipt if I buy a ticket?
A. No, the purchase of a lottery ticket is not considered to be a charitable donation. Donations can be made directly to the Foundation by visiting Canada Helps or by cheque after which a charitable receipt will be issued for amounts over $10.00.


 

 

 

 

 

Q. Why can’t I buy my ticket online?
A. The AGCO rules prohibit us from completing the entire purchase transaction online.
